Returns and Refunds Policy
Damaged / Defective Items
All our orders are hand checked for any defects or damage prior to shipment, however, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us with the order number and the reason for return within 7 days of receipt to obtain an authorisation number for the exchange or return.
Damaged/defective items must be returned to us securely packaged and wrapped along with the return authorisation number within 30 days of dispatch.
We will reimburse the return postage paid when returning faulty items only up to the value of the original delivery charge (this does not affect your statutory rights). Once we verify the defect described in your correspondence to us, we will ship you a replacement for the defective item(s). If you require an exchange on a faulty item and we have stock available, you will not be charged again for delivery.
If the item(s) are sent to us after the 30 day period, we are unable to process the return/exchange and the item will be sent back to you.
Items returned for any other reason must be in saleable condition with labels attached and all original packing in tact. In order to return goods you must first contact us with the order number and return the goods within 30 days from the date we dispatch the item.
CaraMiaDogwear.com will refund the purchased price of the item(s) excluding return postage and packaging costs.
CaraMiaDogwear.com will not refund return postages charges for unwanted items.
CaraMiaDogwear.com reserves the right not to refund item(s) that are not returned in a re-saleable condition.
If you require an exchange on a faulty item and we have stock available, you will not be charged again for delivery.
We guarantee to refund any item which you are not completely happy with when you return it to us by post, in a saleable condition within 30 days fro the date we dispatch the item to you. Items should be returned new, unused, and with all garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or covered in dog hair will not be accepted and may be sent back to you at your expense.

All refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Please allow 5 working days from the time we get the return for the refund to be processed.
